Kutner, Corrado & Friedrich is a medical malpractice defense firm serving Long Island and New York City. Their domain, email and website were all controlled by a vendor they were trying to leave, which meant their entire digital identity was effectively held hostage.

The challenge
When the vendor relationship ended, the firm had no clear path to owning its own domain, its email was at risk and there was no in-house tech team to sort it out. For a law firm, losing email for even a day isn’t an option.
Our approach
We took the whole transition off their plate: recovering the domain, rebuilding DNS from scratch and moving everything across registrars and platforms without taking the firm offline. Along the way, we translated every technical decision into plain language so the partners could weigh in.
