Puzzles Inclusive Ed is a neurodiversity-affirming education center with two locations in New York City, and a very special place in our community. Their website wasn’t living up to the warmth of the organization, and the systems behind it weren’t keeping up with a growing business.

Locations, one connected system
The challenge
Billing lived in one place, scheduling and enrollment lived in another, and they didn’t talk to each other. That meant manual work for staff, friction for families and a setup that wasn’t built for two locations.
Meanwhile, the website made it harder than it should have been for parents to find what they needed.
Our approach
A few small things were getting in the way, so we started by untangling them. We connected billing to Jack Rabbit, the platform Puzzles uses for classes and enrollment, tested it against real operational data and walked the team through every decision in plain language.
